People writing postcards at a table. It's a sunny day in the park. Everyone is wearing respirators, and there are other tables and people milling in the background.

Breathe in the good vibes for a good cause.

Back for its second year, the Clean Air Festival is set for one day in September. A hybrid event hosted by a coalition of community groups, the free festival offers a Covid-safe, immuno-inclusive experience both in-person at Slocan Park and online. In-person, guests can enjoy a DIY air purifier-building workshop, children’s games, and activities, followed by a magic show and an outdoor concert.

Masks, rapid tests, zines, and DIY fit test kits will be available while supplies last. Purifiers built during the workshop will be donated to schools and vulnerable community members.
